If the idea of doing a HIIT workout incites fear into your heart and soul, do not panic!!! We're here for you.
Whether you're totally new to working out, have taken time off from exercise, or just avoided HIIT like the plague... getting back into a high intensity cardio session can be veryyyy daunting.
The best piece of advice we can give when it comes to beginning anything is to start slow and build UP from there.
One of the biggest mistakes we see is people letting their ego take control, and going too hard and too fast before they are ready. While we love to see members push their limits, it needs to be done at a pace that is safe and sustainable.
This class was built to ease you into a high intensity training session, without making you absolutely DREAD doing another one ever again.
BUT, that doesn't mean it's easy! This workout is a straight 15 minute workout, with minimal rest, and will hit (pun intended) your whole body! Abs, cardio, arms and legs.
