There’s nothing more inspiring than a true story. That’s why we always want to acknowledge our members’ goals and the hard work all of you put into improving your health. At the start of every year – heck, even the start of every month – hundreds of people commit to improving their health alongside us. That dedication is infectious and so inspiring. In fact, it’s what drives us to keep bringing you all the tools you need to succeed. And one of those tools is our community itself! So today, we want to share an amazing story from one of our members - Michele.
She has been doing our at-home workout programs relentlessly for the past three years and has lost more than 45 lbs since! At the beginning of the pandemic, she had gained 25 lbs and was feeling lost and frustrated. Instead of giving up, she realized it was time for a change and decided to prioritize her health and happiness. So she signed up for one of our challenges lead by Beverley Cheng and SHE. GOT. AFTER. IT.
These workouts have helped her get out of the deep dark hole that quarantine had put her in. From HIIT workouts to mobility sessions, Michele tried as many workouts as she could. She worked out outdoors and in the comfort of her own home. The variety and flexibility of workouts and the ability to connect with others in the challenges really helped Michele stay consistent. In fact, she loved the challenges so much that she would often repeat them! And with every round, she would lose more weight, lift heavier and see improvements in her technique. Go, Michele!

Despite her busy schedule (she was working two jobs!), Michele worked hard and was able to completely transform her body and become stronger. She admits she hasn’t been this size in over 10 years and now receives compliments every time she sees friends and family.
Equally as important, her mindset has also drastically improved. Michele was struggling with depression when the pandemic first hit. But she was so committed to improving her mental health and well-being that she regularly attended our live Facebook workshops. Through these workshops, she learned healthy lifestyle habits such as manifesting, journaling and meditation.
Michele also put just as much effort into eating better and improving her diet. When she was at her lowest, she used junk food and alcohol to cope. But upon starting her first challenge, she cut out junk food and alcohol completely. Instead, she made use of the healthy recipes provided to nourish her body. She now feels more confident and comfortable in her body and has never felt better.
