Fat-Burning Workout
{4 rounds: 40 secs of work, 20 secs rest. 2-minute break between sets}.
1) 20 Mountain Climbers to Jump
2) Low Lateral Banded Squats (as many reps as you can get in!)
3) Lateral Shuffles (stay low)
4) Commandos
5) Towel Slams (if you have a slam ball, substitute with that!)
