A question we get all the time is how to maintain muscle mass while losing fat? In other words, is it possible to build a nice peachy booty, while leaning out at the same time?!
The typical approach for fat loss is to do cardio at a low intensity for 40 minutes or longer. However, this can get incredibly boring and isn't very effective. You don't want to over-train by doing high-impact workouts 5 days a week - you won’t get the results you want and would likely injure yourself.
